Evolving the platform from its origins as a basic plugin marketplace into a high-scale SaaS powerhouse, requiring a seamless transition for long-term users while modernising complex technical workflows.

The Expanded Process
I worked within WPMU DEV's design team across numerous iterations of the website and "The Hub" dashboard as the company evolved. I led the design work behind the shift from a transactional shopping cart model to a subscription-based management suite, bringing hosting, security and site management into a single, consistent design language for people managing large numbers of WordPress sites.

Key Outcome
My design work supported WPMU DEV's growth to hundreds of thousands of users, turning The Hub into a single dashboard for managing an entire WordPress fleet.
