The Challenge
Translating abstract workplace management frameworks into tangible, performance-tracking metrics that managers can actually use to improve efficiency.
The Expanded Process
I mapped out the persona journey for both the employee, as the data provider, and the manager, as the data consumer. Using clean data visualisation and custom iconography, I turned dense metrics into "Health Scores" and "Efficiency Heatmaps" that made the data usable at a glance.
Key Outcome
A UI that prioritised high level insights for quick reviews, backed by a robust filtering system for anyone who needed to dig into the detail.
