Translating abstract workplace management frameworks into tangible, performance-tracking metrics that managers can actually use to improve efficiency.
The Expanded Process
I approached this by mapping out the "Persona Journey" for both the employee (the data provider) and the manager (the data consumer). By utilising clean data visualisation and custom iconography, I transformed dense metrics into "Health Scores" and "Efficiency Heatmaps."
Key Outcome
Created a UI that prioritised high-level insights for quick reviews, backed by a robust filtering system for deep-dive reporting.
